We understand that there are may various incidences that would cause you to want to exchange your items but please take note that we appreciate honesty! If it is within our capacity, we would be more than happy to assist you :)
Online Orders
If you would like to exchange your item(s), kindly drop us an Whatsapp message at this number () where our friendly staff will assist you. Kindly take note that all sales items cannot be exchanged!
In Store Orders
- All orders must be exchanged within 7 days from the order date. Please remember to bring along your receipts! This would help both you and I :)
Items must be returned in original condition (In original packaging please!) Tags must not be removed or damaged. All goods will be inspected upon receipt; articles that do not meet all conditions mentioned will be rejected. We appreciate your kind understanding :)
- Final sale items cannot be exchanged. All sales items will be mentioned at the time of sale.
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please contact us at (hp number) within 5 working days of receipt if you have received incorrect / defective merchandise. Kindly include the order number and clear snapshots of the item(s). Our friendly staff will get back to you within 3 working days. During peak periods, please do understand that communications might be slow but we will definitely get back to you :) Thank you for patience!
